Sam’s Quarter Milestone

Today is the day I reach the quarter milestone! I’m happy my R&R fell on this weekend, so I could spend my birthday with Stephberry =)

It was a busy day, beginning at 7am in the morning helping her take some photos at dawn. This was part of her assignment for the Digital SLR Short Course she had been attending over the last few Mondays.

At 9am we caught up with Tiffany Ngu, whose birthday was on the same day, just one year younger than me. I met her back in uni dancing days and it was good to have a catch up with her. Another couple (Ee Laine and Anson) were invited but in the end did not make it.

At 11am, we went back to Steph’s place and played some Wii. She made some yummy noodles for lunch – I miss her cooking!! (Hehe yep even the simple ones!)

After church my dear Stephberry rushed me to a restaurant, and on the way I had to close my eyes. We had dinner at Agung, an Indonesian restaurant. She organised this dinner and also invited James and Lee-Mei. Thank you TongTong! Love you! The food was not too expensive (~$100 for 4 people), and it was great – lots of spice, without being too overly spicy! For dessert, TongTong also brought along a set of 6 mini-cupcakes from a specialty shop on DeGraves St, Melbourne. Feeling spoilt!
