In our circle of friends at CityLife, we would traditionally organise some kind of weekend getaway. Now it has been over a year since our last one. We chose a house that had a private path to the beach. Unfortunately it was not very well maintained and the place smelled of rotting wood. (We found out that after a month, the place was taken down the rental site.) Nevertheless, we had a great weekend – a picturesque beach, captivating sunsets, amazing home-cooked meals and a visit to the Strawberry Farm.
