I had the opportunity to meet Steph’s team over dinner at Giuseppe Arnaldo and Sons at Crown. It was an interesting restaurant – they had no booking system, so you had to wait in the bar (for quite a while if it’s a busy night) and there was preserved meat hanging everywhere! Almost abattoir-like. Their menu, while quite extensive, had a wide selection of offal. I played it safe and went for the steak.
