T minus 1

Well, tomorrow is the day.  Unfortunately the weather has changed and it will be an overcast day.  “Showers or Two”, it says.  Hopefully it won’t rain in the morning!

I’ve finally finished the SGS back-blogging – all the way from when we began in December 2006 to this day. 130 posts in 20 days.

A special thanks to Elaine Gan for designing the SGS banner logo!

Well, tomorrow’s plan has slightly changed from the original, in that Steph’s birthday present (i.e. the camera+lens+accessories) would be given to her after the proposal.  James and Lee-Mei will be using the equipment to take the paparazzi photos.

Steph recently completed a photography short-course and is in the beginning stages of her photographic hobby.  The camera she currently uses was her Dad’s old one, and she desperately needs a new one.  I thought I’d bless her with these:

Gonna try to wow my dear Stephberry with surprise after surprise… a little over 21 hours to go now =)

T minus 4

Ever since the Proposal Day was within range of Melbourne’s 28-Day Weather Forecast, I kept an eye on it.  hree weeks ago, there was a HIGH chance of rain on the 26th, but just last week, it changed to LOW.

The day looks more and more promising, but I know that Melbourne’s Weather challenges the most experienced meteorologists.

Dinner with Brandon and Jessie

I met Brandon way back in 2002.  It has been 6 years since we last saw each other!  I happened to find him via a mutual friend on Facebook.  It was great to catch up with him again and to meet his girlfriend, Jessie.  We had a Korean dinner at Seven & Seven in Carnegie.

20 Months!

Yes, more food!  Our destination was Georges Cafe, a spot we frequent for breakfasts.  Joining us were my brother Elisha, Steph’s brothers Aaron and Justin as well as a good friend of ours Jason Lim.

The food was rather good – this was our first time having dinner here as we usually come here on a Saturday or Sunday morning.

Because of the 3-week assignment in Melbourne, I was able to finally (after 3 months) have a monthly date with Stephberry!
